The voice-based attendance management system utilizes speech recognition to enable users to input their ID, name, and confirm attendance by saying "present sir." If the voice is recognized, the system marks the attendance in a MySQL database with columns for student ID, name, date, and attendance. XAMPP is used to facilitate this process.
